Also part of your care

The things that make treatment in the North actually workable.

  • Appointments grouped for travelling patients

If you are driving in from out of town, we schedule longer, less frequent visits and try to fit siblings on the same day.

  • Digital records and low-dose imaging

Digital scans and radiographs taken in-house, so your diagnosis, your treatment plan and your progress photos all live in one place.

  • Payment plans and direct insurance help

A fixed, itemised quote before anything starts, interest-free monthly plans, and our coordinator handling the insurance paperwork with you.

  • Working with your family dentist

We keep your dentist in the loop throughout treatment and coordinate care with oral surgeons and specialists when a case needs it.

FAQ

Before you choose a treatment.

The questions we are asked most often, answered plainly. For anything else, call (867) 668-4406 .

  • Which treatment is right for me?

That depends on what your bite needs to do, not on which appliance you would prefer. At your consultation we examine you, explain what has to move, and set out every option that would achieve it, with the duration and cost of each. Then you choose.

  • Do I need a referral to be seen?

No. Book directly with us. We will keep your family dentist informed throughout treatment, and we coordinate with dentists, oral surgeons and specialists across the region.

  • How much does treatment cost?

It varies with the complexity of the case and the appliance. We will not quote a figure before examining you, but you will have a fixed, itemised fee in writing before anything starts, together with the interest-free monthly payment options.

  • Will my insurance cover it?

Many plans cover part of orthodontic treatment, often with a lifetime maximum per person. Our coordinator will help you find out exactly what your plan covers and will handle the claims and paperwork with you.

  • We live out of town. How often would we need to come in?

Fewer times than you might think. Aligner cases can be issued several sets at a time, and braces visits can be spaced out and grouped with the rest of the family. Tell us the drive at your first visit and we will plan around it.

Not sure which treatment you need?

That is exactly what the first appointment is for. It is complimentary, it takes about an hour, and you leave with a written plan.
